This function is available in all platform tiers.
If you want to add or change a Donor ladder as an administrator you'll have to access the project on the backend.
First you will need to click Login, if you’re not already signed in, at the top right.
After you sign in you should see a black header with your administrator access.
Then hover your moose over your platform’s name at the top left.
After clicking it will take you to your admin access page at the backend.
Then hover your moose over Projects and then search for the project you'd like. Either by using the search bar or scrolling and going through pages.
Once you've chosen the campaign, scroll past the campaign information to the bottom of the page. You'll see an option to a donor ladder. Once you do that, fill in the information below. If you wish to change the information just edit the information you'd like.
In this section you can add donor ladders, this helps entice donors to donate more. Or understand what the minimum amount to donate should be. The best minimum to donate can vary per campaign, but generally as a rule of thumb you should at least start at $25.
Then fill out the following information;
Ladder Item Name:this is where you fill out the title of the donor ladder. This should summarize this level of donation provides ( i.e mosquito net etc.). No more than a few words.
Ladder Item Description:This should give further information about the donation and what the impact is.
Ladder Item Price:This is where you place the actual dollar amount such as; $25, $75, $100 and so on.
Once done scroll to the right side to fill in the information needed (unless it's already filled).
Now that you’ve added everything to the campaign, do a final scan to make sure everything is correct. You can select preview to see how the campaign looks before launching it.
If someone else needs to approve the campaign first you can select edit next to draft and change it to Pending Review.
Once you have there are a few final things to consider. Depending on your platform and goals, you can make the visibility public (default), password protected, or private. Select which applies!
Finally you can either let it publish immediately when you’re done or select editto have the campaign launch at a particular date and time of day.
On the right side you will see a box labeled Published. Next to the words Published On: It will already have selected a day to publish.
Select Edit to have the campaign launch at a particular date and time of day. Once you Save schedulecampaign, then the campaign will automatically launch at that date and time.
Note, if you do not want the campaign to publish immediately, make sure that in the Publish box the date it’s posted for is the correct date.
Either way, once you’ve done all of this the final things to select are:
Check mark: I am ready to go Live! Then select Publish or Schedule depending which date you’re publishing it.
