Note: If you do not use our receipt generator, this training is not applicable to you. Please check with your CRM supplier for assistance.
You may have donors reach out to ask for help if they’ve lost their charitable receipt.
Make sure you’re logged in. If you’re not already signed in, you can log in at the top right.
After you sign in, you should see a black header with your administrator access.
Hover your mouse over the platform name at the top left.
After clicking it, it will take you to your admin access page.
At the top right, you will see an option called Transactions.
You will then see a series of pages that have donor information such as name, project name, payment, contact information and more.
The donor may have provided their full name and amount donated. If so, you can use the search box to type in their name.
As you type their donor’s name, it will automatically filter to names that match. After finding the correct donor, scroll all the way to the right to the “Download Receipt” box and select Download.
The receipt will download as a PDF file. Once you’ve downloaded the file, you can email it to the donor and/or send it via mail.
